Ich arbeite seit 1997 als Lehrer und Bezirksverwalter im Schulsystem von Charlotte Mecklenburg Gründungsprogrammdirektor des Master of Arts in School Administration-Programms in Queens. Meine letzte Arbeit war die Leitung der Charlotte Mecklenburg Schools im Bereich der frühen Bildung, as der Bezirksdirektor für Vorkindergarten-Lern- und Sprachprogramme. Ich habe in Peer-Review-Zeitschriften veröffentlicht und auf nationalen Lehrerbildungskonferenzen Vorträge gehalten. Ich habe der Gemeinde Charlotte als Schulbezirksvertreter im Mecklenburg County Early Education Committee und als Vorstandsmitglied gedient für Smart Start des Landkreises Mecklenburg.
Ich habe einen Bachelor-Abschluss in Psychologie von der University of NC in Charlotte, einen Master-Abschluss und einen Doktortitel in Pädagogik von der Gardner-Webb-Universität -3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ Schulleiter.
